Updater Can't Find Previous Version If the updater can't find the previous installation of the template there are two possible causes: You deleted or changed one or more of the originally installed files You moved or copied the Metacreator files from their original location.

To avoid this problem in the future: Never change the originally installed files. Don't simply copy Metacreator to another location or computer: you must reinstall it. Always make custom changes in your own files, as described in the help.
