Galaxy s8 not downloading my apps updates

This seems to cause issues with Bluetooth which in turn causes many issues on your Android device, such as downloading apps. I haven't had the issue return as of yet, crossing my fingers that this works. I stumbled across this solution when reading posts in other languages where a Logitech device using Bluetooth kept attempting to reconnect to a previously paired Android device which caused the Android device to have random issues like not being able to download apps from three Google Play Store.

Sure enough, there was a headset attempting to connect to my device repetitively. Disabled Bluetooth on that device and it fixed my problem. View solution in context. I have wiped my device, wiped the apps cache, uninstalled the Google Play Store Updates Internet doesn't change the result. I have had this issue so many times on my Note 9 and now on my daughter's S10e.

At this point it's clearly something much larger and no one has been able to figure it out. Topics: compatibility connectivity. Ceus Cosmic Ray. All forum topics Previous Topic Next Topic. Step 3: Press the Scan button at the top right, if the scan does not automatically start. I cannot guarantee that it will always show the device attempting to connect or the device name.

I am getting the same error message which you have mentioned I don't know what to do fed up with all those things can someone please let me know the solution. I tried everything but none is working for me.

I need a solution from Samsung please help me on this. Spent thousands of thousand money to purchase this mobile but now feels like it wasn't worth.. Shoey79 Apprentice. Hi, Since the latest major update Oreo I've been unable to update any of the Galaxy Apps, when ANY app is attempted to be updated it will prepare, download and then fail with the attached error. Any help appreciated Thanks Solved! All forum topics Previous Topic Next Topic. Accepted Solutions.

Eltas Pathfinder. Try uninstalling updates on the Galaxy Store or disable the app itself and then re enable it it seems to have an internal error - and then reopen Galaxy Apps and hopefully the Store itself will update properly, then allowing you to update apps. Glad it worked out for you Seen similar posts dotted about. Hopefully it'll help a lot of people out.
